Fiore Realty Corp was established in 1985, while we were developing the first phase of South County Hills, a residential development in East Matunuck. My real estate career began when I moved into the Model Home at South County Hills. There I was involved in the entire housing development process, from planning and construction to sales and marketing. As a lifelong resident of South Kingstown, I enjoy sharing the beauty and quality of life of this wonderful community- but real estate can be as challenging as it is rewarding. In 1995 we relocated the Fiore Realty office to The Village at Worden’s Pond; a 230-home, 55+ community south of scenic Worden’s Pond. Here, I work with fellow Realtor, Anna Beth Longolucco, on Village resales, renovations and staging of homes with buyers and sellers within and beyond southern RI. Longtime Fiore Realtor, Shawna Amitrano, who works with Worden’s Pond Builders, specializes in new home construction, sales, and rentals, as well as representing buyers and sellers.
